Payment Terms & Conditions

A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot for any Terra Altha retreat. The remaining balance may be paid in full at the time of registration or through an approved payment plan.

All retreat fees must be paid in full no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

All payments, including deposits and payment plan installments, are nonrefundable and nontransferable, except in the event that Terra Altha must cancel or significantly alter the retreat. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to receive a full refund or to apply their payment toward a future retreat.
