Terra Altha is something that’s been growing in me for a long time, long before I ever knew what sound healing was or how deeply it would change my life. For years, I was immersed in the art world: running a gallery, designing stained glass, painting, teaching, showing, traveling, all of it. I’ve worked with so many mediums, but it was always the creative process that lit me up. The act of making, of listening to what wanted to come through, of trusting that I was just a part of something bigger.

That same feeling, that same magic, is what I feel when I work with sound.

The first time I experienced a sound bath, something clicked. Or maybe it unraveled. Either way, it reached me in a way nothing else ever had. It was like my nervous system finally exhaled. Like my body remembered something ancient. That moment led me here, to this space, to Terra Altha.

I created Terra Altha as a space for you to come home to yourself. A place where you can rest, reset, and remember who you are beneath all the noise. I use crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and energy work to help guide you back to that quiet center, the place where your own healing begins.

This isn’t about “doing it right.” There’s no performance here, no pressure. Just sound, energy, and presence shared between us in a safe, welcoming space.
